Samuel Willards 48hr Temperature tolerant yeast specially formulated for Australian conditions. For excellent results in warmer temperatures with 6kg or 8kg sugar/9kg dextrose. Samuel Willards 48 yeast is the same as Alcotec 48 yeast but with a much better nutrient for Australian conditions. Designed for use when regional temperature conditions have to be considered for both heat and cold and can produce either 14% ABV in 48 hours from 6 KG of sugar, or 20% ABV in 4~5 days from 8 kg of Sugar
